That's it...no more gluten and dairy for me

Oh...my poor chest.  I am still suffering from heart burn from last nights' Fettucini Alfredo from one of the most incredible restaurants I have ever eaten at in Pasadena, CA, #mipiace.

I am completely done with eating huge amounts of gluten and dairy that my body can not tolerate.  I have never been diagnosed with any type of celic disease or lactose intolerance; however, my body works better when not battling with an overloaded gluten and dairy diet that most Americans are accustomed to eating.  A typical American diet starts with cereal and milk, sandwich and milk, followed by a pasta accompanied with rolls and butter.

Ever since I have stripped my diet from enormous amounts of gluten and dairy, I am less gassy and my digestive tract feels better...and I can not gain weight.

In later blogs I will share more stories of my journey to choosing this diet type, but for now the goal of this blog is to share with you the gluten and dairy free or very limited gluten and dairy choices I make everyday.
